MEET RUDY, OUR FOUNDER
A former Sales Manager in one of the biggest corporations in the Philippines, covering Negros Oriental province. In his position, he needed to be up to date on the operations of his distributor, not only in its Sales and Warehousing but in its profitability as well. This was very challenging because the information was not readily available with the manual processes of the distributor.
IMPLEMENTING (FORMERLY, "OpenERP")
He successfully convinced his distributor to let him implement an all-in-one management software for their operations, and that system was OpenERP (now known as Odoo). The software was already very powerful out of the box, but it had to be customized to suit the Philippine setup and the operations of this company. Since this is a self-imposed project, he learned how to code and customize the system himself!
1900% GROWTH!
After almost a year, the distributor was able to streamline its sales, warehousing, and accounting operations with OpenERP. Rudy was able to get real-time data on their operations. This helped him achieve (and go beyond) their sales targets consistently for the next five years, achieving a whopping 1900% growth by the time he left to set up Agile Business Technologies.
